Is System Partner an exclusive partnership? If a buyer from an integrator’s area comes to Qimarox looking for a palletising solution, will Qimarox recommend said integrator?+
We don’t work with agents or sole distributors. Our vertical conveyors are sold to every OEM or System Integrator, for our palletizers we only work with companies that made a strategic decision to add the Qimarox solutions to their product portfolio, and are approved and trained by us. We still can have different partners in a region or industry, if an end-user is requesting several contacts we will provide these. A lead is forwarded first to a Gold, Silver and last to Bronze partner. If you are an integrator and interested in becoming a Certified System Partner please contact us.
