Why is the maximum speed of the PRmk1 maximized at 1,5 m/s?+
This is done due to noise generation by the wheels. Also at higher (maximum speeds) the acc. and dec. time needs to be longer and distance might not be enough to reach max. speed
Is it possible to extend the warranty period and what is the cost for this?+
Yes this is possible, costs depend on desired period (determine value for this per month / per machine type). Contact your sales representative or our Support Department for more information for your situation.

Where can I see a vertical conveyor in operation?+
At Qimarox, you can experience our vertical conveyors, the PRmk1 and PRmk5, as well as our Highrunner in full operation. Our showroom provides an extensive overview of our other innovative solutions, and you’ll also have the chance to see how we are organized and how the assembly process is structured.
Why does it seems to be the chains are dry from the outside+
The chains are treated in a hot oil bath so the internal parts are oiled. There’s no grease on the outside because this attracts dirt.

Qimarox is based in Harderwijk in the Netherlands, an hour’s travel time from Schiphol Airport (Amsterdam).
What is the warranty on Qimarox products?+
The standard warranty period is 13 months after ready for shipment date for new machines, the period of warranty can be extended at an additional cost. More information about warranty: apply the received conditions.
Where can I buy Qimarox products?+
A machine builder and/or integrator can buy directly from Qimarox. End customers can’t buy directly from Qimarox and an integrator has to be involved, please contact Qimarox for this.
