Are support brackets mounted to structure with bolts down or up?+
Why can the PD2 move horizontally during an emergency stop?+
It’s a safety feature. For example, if there’s an emergency stop because of an entrapment or entanglement situation, the emergency stop will ensure there’s no more compressed air in the system which allows the horizontal cylinder to be moved and free the person involved. It also ensures the safety of anyone during maintenance or solving problems.
Is there any difference in handling taped cartons or glued cartons?+
The requirements for the cartons are the same, both types of cartons should be closed properly without any loose or flapping lids.
However, taped cartons can have loose tape ends, so when working with them extra sensors are placed at higher positions to detect such cases.
How often do we need to lubricate the bearings?+
Bearings we have installed do not need to be lubricated. Installed bearings are sealed bearings (ZZ and 2RS) and are factory-filled with grease. They cannot be re-lubricated. These bearings have a maintenance-free lifespan. Re-lubrication is not necessary; instead, in case of wear or reduced performance, the bearings should be replaced.
Can we turn to Qimarox for after sales support?+

Can I drag some cables to the top through the mk9 column?+

Where’s the quick exhaust valve located on the Prorunner mk9?+
